My and my husband stayed in London for 3 days. It was an amazing place, comfortable and safe. The people were very kind and polite. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and freshly made every morning . (Pastry , panini, ham cheese , yogurt , coffee ) and the amazing thing you can have as much as you like from the coffee .

What a lovely hotel. We only stayed one night, but wished we would have stayed longer. The Hotel bar was manned until the early hours of the morning. I will say the drinks prices were a bit high though. We asked for X6 double Baileys, but when we were told the price we went for singles 😆. I suppose that is Kensington. Overall Excellent experience.

We were here last week (15-18 December) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely hotel in Kensington, with a super friendly and welcoming staff, a beautiful room and bathroom, wonderfully decorated hallways and stairs. I've been to London many many times and this was one of the most enjoyable stays I've had. Thank you and we will be back!

Me and my partner had a lovely stay . Loved the bed , the shower , and the location . Tasty breakfast - fresh panini and pastry every morning . We will definitely be back . High quality establishment. Excellent level of cleanliness. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Superb continental breakfast. Brilliant location. Rooms have iron and ironing board, safe, slippers, hairdryer, proper coffee machine and power shower.
